Evaluation is done continuously in a relaxed environment. This offers the learner an opportunity to improve and practice their skills under supervision if there are still any uncertainties.aids such as photo’s, transparencies and equipment are used throughout the course.
The instructors are professionals and are there to deliver a service to the learners and the client.
Where possible, learners are familiarised with site conditions and equipment to improve efficiency and reaction time, should a real emergency occur.
